Andrew Shen

Originally from Taiwan, Andrew is an Asian-American entrepreneur whose path to HVAC began in the gaming industry. He brought that technical background into Real Time Bros, helping build a company focused on thoughtful problem-solving, precise work, and taking care of customers.

Alongside Alvin, Andrew leads a team serving homes and businesses throughout Orange County and Los Angeles County.

Alvin Sornsaard

Originally from Thailand, Alvin shares Andrew’s enthusiasm for technology and his roots in the gaming industry. Together, they made the move into heating and air conditioning, applying their technical mindset to the everyday challenge of keeping people comfortable.

As co-founder, Alvin helps shape a team culture built around pride in the craft, dependable service, and respect for the people behind every service call.
